SHIPPING POLICY

THERE IS NO MINIMUM ORDER

UPS
Orders shipped in the continental United States. Orders before 2:00 pm are shipped the same day. Orders over the weekend will ship out on Monday. If you order on a holiday your order is shipped the next business day. All orders are shipped with a bill of lading. If you have any questions please have your order number ready when calling customer service.

How long for Delivery?
UPS Takes 2 to 3 days from time the order is place Truck orders can take 4 to 5 days for delivery and there is no UPS or truck delivery on weekends. If you are in a state were there is a warehouse in most case you will get your UPS order the next business day.

UPS ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE
Bleach or ammonia must be delivered by truck. For these items, a $65.00 delivery charge is required. For any other item that cannot be shipped UPS we will notify you via E-mail you or telephone of the shipping charges. Thank you.

Returns – Merchandise returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and must be sent back at customer's expence to the warehouse where the order was shipped from.

Returns- Must be called in to customer service a RGA number will be given for your return by customer service which must be written on the boxes. when calling please have your order number date and the state your In. The warehouse needs the RGA number for the customer to get there credit with out a RGA number there will be no Credit. 

Truck Orders
Any order that is over 150 lbs will be sent by truck line they will only bring product to back of truck some one will have to take the product from the truck driver if you want in side delivery there is a extra charge for this service. If you only want a ups delivery for you order you must call with your order number or send us a e-mail so we can split your order to go ups only some items are to large to go by UPS if this is the case we will e-mail you or call. Truck order will come Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm when the truck delivers and there is no one there and the freight company takes the order back, to have your order resent back out for delivery there will be a redelivery charge of $65.00 that is what the freight company charges for redelivery if you change the address after the order has left our dock there could be a charge from $35.00 to $50.00 the trucking company charges for a address change.

ORDERS OUT SIDE THE USA
Will be shipped to Canada. The customer is responsible for Duty and any taxes from Canada. Please call customer service for shipping charges.

OTHER COUNTRIES
We can ship to a freight forwarding company in the United States that you do business with.
